knowledgeable and helpful customer service
Having had technical problems with a competitor, I decided to try NordVPN and talked through my previous problems with Mariana and Jericho on their customer support teams before making a final decision. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and double checked my technical queries before answering the query. I will be opening an account with them this afternoon. Update 23/10/2022 - Nord VPN installed and running perfectly. All of the technical answers I asked for and received were correct.

NordVPN Support
The VPN itself is easy to setup and use, i have encountered 0 or very very small problems that i could resolve myself with bare minimum effort. The VPN has a very friend User Interface and many useful options and features beside just the VPN, my Personal Favorite is the Thread protection that i can use with the VPN. I encountered a Problem where i could not access my Email account and with that lost access to my NordVPN account, here is where im more than just satisfied and happy with ...

I was having issues connecting after an update, I contacted customer support, chatted with a fabulous customer service agent named Damon. He was fantastic and resolved the issue within 5 minutes, absolutely brilliant service. I highly recommend Nord VPN.
