While I was chatting with a few other VPN service agencies, Carlos was the one who sold me on NordVPN, and I am so grateful for his knowledge and courteous service! Great helpdesk NordVPN
I am using NordVPN for almost 2 years now, and since few weeks ago I had some issues with connectivity to specific sites. After checking the help section I used the chat bot option. Since the automatic suggestions didn't work I was transferred to an agent....in 30 seconds... no long waiting, elevator music...perfect! First agent couldn't solve the issue so I was transferred to "General Info" department. Agent Willow took it from there and provided a solution. I rate the customer service ...

Derrick helped me to solve Netflix issue by offering a different browser. I opened my SeaMonkey browser and it worked! I am very very happy that Derrick(2nd agent in the chat) helped me quickly!
