Good customer support
I had a problem with my nordvpn app for linux. It was so relieving to be able to find a help chat very easily and to connect to a real human almost immediately. The person who assisted me, Harley, was super nice and helpful. They treated me like a competent person and gave me straightforward instructions which worked.

James was great!
I've used NordVPN for two months now and it's been simple and reliable. I had an issue this morning where I couldn't connect to a server despite being charged for my subscription. James was incredibly prompt with his responses and troubleshooting steps. I've genuinely never seen faster or more attentive service. I'm one to leave good reviews but I mean this one with stronf intent. James was awesome and I'm glad to know that the product is supported by knowledgeable individuals.
