Great support from a team committed to developing their product
I had a support issue caused in the end by a firewall reject a netbios connection. A guy called Eryc did a fantastic job of stepping me through the solutions, and when he couldn't troubleshoot passed me onto Zach and we managed to get to the bottom of it. I've always found the support guys are responsive, don't treat you like a kid (when you know your stuff) and are very respectful. Ruby was absolutely incredible
Ruby was absolutely incredible! They were very understanding and helpful with getting my issue resolved, and it was an issue I caused myself by fat-fingering my keyboard, and they were super helpful and got me up in running in no time :)
