Gia fixed my problem to perfection
Gia fixed my problem to perfection. There was a billing discrepancy involving an outdated expiration date on my Nord subscription through Google Play, leaving me unable to use a subscription that I had paid for. Gia made a simple adjustment that corrected everything. Thank you!

Don was awesome!!! He helped me with an auto-renewal problem and even offered additional time to correct the error! He was very patient and explained the process and helped me out. I'm very grateful. Above Excellent Support
Had an issue, contacted support. You would expect support (as is the case with MANY products I've used) to be robotic, ignorant and unhelpful. That was NOT the case! The support rep (shoutout to you, Aiden!) was EXTREMELY helpful and to the point. This was the second time I've dealt with their support, and both times it was the same exact experience. The service it's self is pretty decent, as well. But seriously, just that support experience is worth it. Props to you guys!
