Unexpected consequences
I had a problem with some of my software not working fine. But Jacob from the NordVPN Live Chat Support helped me out. :) It took a few minutes, to figure out the problem. But then the solution was just as easy as installing NordVPN. :) So, still love the service and hope it will grow and get better from time to time. Thank you Jacob for your help. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into resolving my case. With best regards from Germany! :)

Best Service I've had in a Long time!
Sean helped me figure out my issue when it wasn't even the NordVPN app that was the problem. Thanks Nvidia for messing up my computer, anyways Sean took many steps and did many things and we finally found the issue and Sean stayed calm the entire time and cheered me up when I thought I was going to have to reinstall windows. He saved me!

Chat Assistance Worked!
So... I won't lie. I was so frustrated with support tickets to Nord VPN, I felt like I was going in circles. Concerned that I was going to end up in the same communication in a circle, I took a chance using the Nord VPN Chat assistance. Much to my surprise and chagrin, I was met with top-notch customer service with Phoebe (shift supervisor), Grace, Elliott, and Hunter.
