The service was very well done
The service was very well done. The contact person was Bart and he was very efficient and kind in his assistance. I wanted to cancel my newly acquired NORDVPN because I am having problem using it. The problem is not the system but me who needs to learn more about how this work. As soon as I learn how to use it on both my computer and my phone I will get it again. Thanks to this experience, I will come back to Nord VPN because you give me reason to trust your service. Thank you.

Phillip was very helpful in helping me track down my issue with NordVPN. It was stuck on a single VPN server and couldn't disconnect or switch to a different VPN server. The issue seems to have been related to migrating from an Intel MacBook to an M1 MacBook. He suggested I remove the NordVPN interface in System Preferences > Network and that worked to kill the connection and reset the NordVPN app. After restarting the app and logging in to it, it created a new interface and I was able to ...

Great customer service experience
I had issues accessing my account due to losing my phone and backup authorisation keys for my NordVPN account. Chatted online with Jericho from the support team, who was very patient and really helpful. Really impressed with the service.
