Great service and Customer Service!
I've been a customer since 2018 and use the service for testing geo location software and endpoints. Today I renewed my subscription for another two years and had issues with the renewal. I jumped on chat, and Heath was extremely helpful and was able to remedy my issues. Heath even gave me a coupon that is better than the current deals! Thanks Heath, you're a rock star!

I was assisted by Maeve, looking to get a refund on my auto renewal so I can take advantage of one of the black friday deals. Maeve helped me with an alternative solution which did not require me to get a full refund and have to re-enroll in a subscription, the overall price was very similar.
