If it's not one thing, . . . . these folks can help.
A combination of OS changes, phone upgrade, and credit card replacement made logging in and confirming my account somewhat problematic. Lucas and Lennie were most helpful, courteous, and professional, and solved almost all of my problems. (I still need help reaching tall shelves.)

Customer support took the time to answer technical questions
I had a few technical questions about NordVPN Threat Protection, which seemed unclear from their website (and some review sites that mislabelled the product). The customer support person I spoken to, Talia, found the actual answers for me and was clear about what Threat Protect did and didn't do.
