Excellent customer service
I use NordVPN daily and have been a customer for about 3-4 years now. The amount of features that come with a paid subscription are well worth it. Need to connect more devices? Just get a compatible router and follow instructions to setup Nord on that router, then connect as many devices as you want to the router and it will only count as one device. Any phone, laptop, or device you connect with will automatically be protected with a VPN. I've debated between this and ProtonVPN and still ...

Great customer service
Wasn't aware I was in an automatic recurring subscription and reached out to cancel due to not being a great value for the price. Vincent was able to come up with a plan that I found acceptable. Great customer service!

Problem with NordVPN app
I was having a problem with NordVPN app, and the chat agent (Grace) was able to get it working again on my Windows 11 laptop.

If you get to chat with Jericho and Hailey, feel lucky!
Both agents were great! The chat started with Jericho, to say that he was knowledgeable would be understatement, he answered all my questions and proved why NordVPN is the way to go! The second chat started after Jericho sent me to Hailey, conversation to her was like a robot, but that is understandable as I was not a very pleasant person to chat with.
