jacob from nord vpn customer service was more than patient with my total lack of computer knowledge and after nearly an hour trying to figure out the issue with my computer he got the vpn working for me. this is vital for me as i work remotely so feeling great to finally have this ace bit of software helping my buissness run smoothly. Noelle was very helpful and solved my problem. However, it took a very long time to fix a problem which was not created by me. I take for granted that Nordvpn are going to resolve their issues with authenticator apps so I don't have to waste my time sending confirmation of my bank transactions.

Okay, I wont write down the usual, because of course everythings works well in the app, fast, easy to use etc. The difference NordVPN brings us is the support. I had many problems in the past that needed support agent for other things, but never have I ever met such a thorough agent who was called Jane.
