BRAD - The wise Sage solved my issue
BRAD - is a wise sage and was a fantastic help and fun to talk to. He was patient and went through many steps, even when i was tired and didn't want to walk through it all he waiting until I was ready. Honestly if more places had this sort of customer service everything would be better and easier. Brad, is a wise person and I will ask for him by name should I need the help again.

NordVPN customer support
I contacted NordVPN customer support and chatted with a gentleman named Khai. He was very helpful. It wasn't any easy problem to solve, but his perseverance resulted in successful resolution of the issue.

Linux problem fixed by Serena at NordVPN
I had a difficult problem getting NordVPN to work on my Linux machine. The technical support person, Serena, was so helpful and smart. She found the solution to a very difficult problem. Many thinks to her!

Good customer service!
I got very good and helpful service and help from Maeve at customer service. I have used NordVPN since 2020 and I am very happy with the application. Would reccomend.
