Problem with Linux and Nordvpn solved by Kai
Had problem with Linux and the newer version of Nordvpn (Nov 2022). Kai helped me enormously - Sunday evening, didn't expect anyone much around - and got it working with a slightly older version of Nordvpn which works fine. Very clear explanations and instructions.

What an amazing experience I just had with my first support interaction at nordvpn. I've been using nordvpn for 5+ years now and never had any problems. This is the first time I've used it on a linuxbox, and it was a little bit of a learning curve. BRAD WAS AMAZING - he answered questions promptly, he had knowledge of the all the steps, he stayed with me till it was good, he was personable, and he had a nice finesse to his work. Connectivity issue with a website
I had a connectivity issue with a website while my VPN was on so I contacted the Nord Team for suggestions. I received an immediate informative response and suggestion within an hour and that was on a Sunday! After my issue was resolved they contacted me to ensure all is well and to notify them anytime for any further assistance! Extremely considerate and customer-friendly. They are called the Nord Customer Success Team for many good reasons!

the way the agent treated me was amazing she everything she could to help me with my problem no matter how much time it took or what i ask. even when i was slow or didnt understand very well she did everything to help me out and get to my goal. if you can give her something for this or is there anyhitng i can do more let me know. the agent was bethany

Happily Used for Years - Finally Had a Problem
Always been good value and a great service. Nearing the end of my fifth year with Nord. Great uptime, unintrusive app, fast speeds, everything you could want. Then, after all this time. Thank you, Jordan. I was interested in getting a VPN but my knowledge about how a VPN works and to setup and use a VPN was very limited. Also, there was many VPNs and which were best ones and value for money. To be honest I was a little lost. Spanish Subtitles on Hulu while connected to American server.
Carl was able to help my issue with accessing American Hulu. I was on the Spanish version for some reason, even though I was connected to the U.S. all the way from South Korea, and the servers he provided me with fixed the issue.
