I love NordVPN
I love NordVPN. I’ve been with them for 3 years now. I just had another great experience with the customer representative, Evan. Basically I had a 3-year deal with NordVPN and didn’t realize that my account was on auto-renewal. All of a sudden I see a charge on my account for another year. I was not happy but thought I’d ask nicely to see what the NordVPN team can do. Evan was very understanding and listened to my long message explaining the situation. Was planning on cancelling
I was planning on cancelling, due to issues connecting with Verizon Wireless. However, Hunter was able to show me what to do to get it to connect, and now it's working better than before! I would have to disconnect the VPN in order to connect to the internet, but now it's working seamlessly. Thank you very much Hunter for the great service!

I have very limited computer knowledge…
I have very limited computer knowledge so had a lot of questions related to a VPN. NordVPN's online chat support representative "Brandy" was nothing short of outstanding! Very pleased overall
I've been using NordVPN for over four years and have been quite pleased overall. It's been easy to use and doesn't seem to slow down my browsing. I recently had some queries about my account and quickly reached their customer support person Arden, who helped to resolve these straight away.
