Speedy and helpful service chat
Had a query regarding the addition of a service to my NordVPN account and chatted to Jordan online. Jordan was very efficient and a joy to chat with. My query was answered and I managed to get the problem resolved in no time at all. Wish every company had someone as helpful as Jordan was.

Great speed, reliability, and efficient customer service
The IOS and Windows applications are very easy to use, and the server reliability is much better than other services I've used such as SurfShark and PIA - no more lag when streaming. However, after a couple days the Windows app stopped working, so I chatted with support and was very impressed with how efficient the process is and how kind their service rep Jarvis was.
