The reason for my 5 star rating is due…
The reason for my 5 star rating is due to Harper (customer service associate). I initially signed up for the price of $49.00 but then was charged on my credit card $99.00. Total bate and switch (in my opinion). I contacted NordVPN to refund the $99.00 I was charged and cancel my membership. Harper would do that but offered to extend my membership from 12 months to 30 months for no additional costs.
