brilliant customer service
was originally wanting to cancel and get my money back, but i started talking with a rep named Louis and he helped me understand what this vpn is all about and took me through the benefits. felt like he really cared about the customer service and took the time to help me. because of him/her im willing to try it out abit longer. thanks Louis.

I love that NordVPN is so easy to use…
I love that NordVPN is so easy to use and on top of their rate, can beat that! It was Black Friday so I wanted to take advantage of the great deal and I chatted with customer service and Garry was great and assisted me and got me an even better deal. Thanks!!!

Excellent Customer Service!
Contacted customer service in order to sort out some subscription concerns. I was helped by Ida, and she took care of my problem immediately! A solution was brought up and solved extremely fast, and it was excellent communication and customer service. This is why I will stick with NordVPN for my VPN services!
