Great customer service
I used NordVPN a couple of years ago and when it expired did nothing more with it. No use. Today I wanted to use that account again but i did not receive a verification mail. ONce I got in touch with support Don helped me out. He took his time and needed some proof that i was who I said i was. I needed some time for that and he was very patient. NordVPN has great customer service even though i did not setup a plan yet. 10 for the support.
