Franklin was spot on and very quick to answer my questions with regards to setting dedicated IP on a router. He's provided me with a link to the config download. It took 5 mins to resolve what I've been researching for hours on my own :) Excellent customer service.

I've used Nord VPN for many years and I have always found the service to be reliable, fast, and with excellent customer service. Take my most recent customer service experience: I was renewing a Dedicated IP account (so that I can still stream my shows while using my VPN. Once I finished my purchase I needed to reach out to Nord customer service to let them know so they could renew my IP. My chat with Lawrence was awesome! He was so friendly and enthusiastic.
