Never had so much fun troubleshooting...
So I hardly know how a computer works, nevermind how VPN's work. I was having issues where despite using Nord, the streaming website still recognized I was using a VPN and was dimming the brightness on instant replays of the game. Well Jordan walked me through trying to MacGyver a work-around to get perfect streaming of the game! This seriously took like 4 hours but it was like diffusing a bomb over the phone. Such a patient and knowledgeable techie! So glad to have such a fun time ...

Quick resolution!
I've been using NordVPN for several years and haven't had an issue...until recently after I updated the OS on my MacBook Pro. Lawrence and Randolph were excellent at quickly figuring out what my issue was and how to correct it! I'm thrilled to have NordVPN working properly again!
