Here works a saint!
Here works a saint! My problem: I wasn't able to log in via the NordVPN app on Windows10. My customer service agent: Freddie Freddie was helpful and calm through all my failed attempts to log in on my NordVPN app. He worked patiently with me for full 2 hours - yes TWO hours until I was able to get a secure connection working. This was the best customer service experience I ever had! Just brilliant! Thank you

Was going to cancel but stayed for great deal!
Spoke to Nathaniel on live chat about cancelling our annual subscription and refunding the payment as we had forgotten to disable the auto-renewal which happened yesterday. Nathaniel gave us a great deal of an additional 18 months free (30 months total) instead of cancelling and refunding the payment. Service was quick and helpful and friendly and we decided to keep our service with NordVPN because of the deal and service Nathaniel was able to provide for us. Thanks!
