Helpful with refund
I wanted a refund, Bruce helped by saying I can still try Nord for 30 days, and if I want a refund by then then I can get one.

Nord's compatibility with other devices
I had some weird non-technical questions. Wasn't able to convey them properly even, I feel. But both Hailey and Lucas were very patient and cooperative. Solved my issue in the end!

Greate product and great customer support which is very important. I have been using NordVPN for over 18 months now on my PC and Mobile and extremely happy with it. You can reach the customer support by web chat with immediate response, which is great!

I had a conversation with Sage on…
I had a conversation with Sage on 15/Nov/2022 at 10:42:54 UTC. Sage answered all my questions fast and reliably. Such people are an asset for NordVPN. I have a personal interest in NordVPN to be staffed with the best since I am a client for the last 2 years and I will be for the next two years thanks to Sage. Bye and thank you NordVPN for the last 2 years of service.
