Sharing my experience with a 5* Customer Support
We used to leave bad comments when unsatisfied. I am posting to show my appreciation of NordVPN's reaction to my request to find out my credentials to connect to NordVPN which was not an easy thing. Instant Support was given through the live chat of their website and really appreciate how prompt and patient Mark and Jimmy were in helping out.

Took a little bit of work but my vpn is…
Took a little bit of work but my vpn is now working. Superfast and all my streaming accounts are working where they did not not work on the old VPN service I had. Glad I moved and customer services rocked.

New Nord customer with some issues
I just started using Nord VPN and since the start, there appeared to be a problem with very slow response and also not connecting to a link when I clicked on one. I finally reached out to Nord support. The responded with a number of questions that I promptly answered. They then sent me a set of instructions to resolve the issue. I followed the instructions, did a restart and proceeded to see if I still had any issues, I didn't. Problem resolved, very impressed, thank you Nord Support.

When I had connection issues
When I had connection issues, I contacted NordVPN through their chat and was assisted by Jarvis, who was SO knowledgeable and very patient and had very quick responses to my messages. The issue was resolved very promptly, and it was the best "chat" support I have ever received by ANY company. Thank you again Jarvis for your prompt assistance and patience.

I spoke to Damian using the online chat…
I spoke to Damian using the online chat service and he was able to sort my issue in around 15 minutes when I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to resolve this issue myself.
