Quick and simple
The customer service was quick and easy. It only took about 4 minutes to connect with an agent and they made it very simple for me. Nathanial was the person who helped me and was straight to the point. In total took about 7 minutes.

I never had any issues with my service
I never had any issues with my service, it connected every time I needed it. The customer service is beyond exceptional. Every email was answered in a timely manner, professionally, and helpful no matter who answered my emails. Great service all around.

Love using Nord to help keep prying…
Love using Nord to help keep prying eyes from seeing my emails and such at work. Not doing anything that would be frowned upon just like my privacy and Nord delivers. And thanks to Webster for answering a few questions about encryption.
