I had an issue connecting to the NordVPN application via my Linux Debian machine and a fellow agent of the live chat service, named Aiden, came in for the rescue with some great tips. Honest guy and straight to the point. Great service!

NordVPN App on Android mobile sorted by Chat
I subscribed to NordVPN today. Setting it up on my PC was easy. I installed the app on my Samsung A53, but it would not accept my p/w. 15 minutes on the Chat with a techie called Bart and he diagnose that my mobile DNS addresses needed a tweak. All sorted. Thanks for your help. Declan.

Great Service and Customer Support
I have been using NordVPN for about a year now. I got a standard 2 year plan with a few extra months in a deal a year ago, and Nord has been exceptional so far. Fast speeds that are practically unnoticeable and allowing me to interact with regions outside my own. I've only had a slight problem with it when it crashed on startup due to needing an update, but didn't indicate such to me. So I resorted to Nord's live chat support, and got the update I needed. Attentive staff and awesome issue handling
Nord's Customer support is nothing but awesome. I was connected to multiple agents; mainly Zack and Linus, but one in particular agent by the name of Patrick was genuinely helpful and considerate. Found an issue at work that needed looking into, and he sat there with me guiding me through the entire process even though I am dabbling a thousand things at once and wasn't that attentive with him.
