The staff in the chat feature were extremely helpful and quick to respond. I didnt expect there to be support staff, I thought I'd only get a robot. Both Maeve and Harper were extremely helpful in troubleshooting and the service I needed to complete. I will recommend NordVPN to friends of mine for sure, and I'm very happy Critical Role sent me this way to used NordVPN!

Great customer service experience
I received quick response when I contacted the customer service through the online chat, and Brandy the customer service agent was very helpful in answering all my questions, providing useful links, and event went a step further to offer me great deals. I have always preferred calling instead of chatting, but this experience has changed my impression. Great job!

Brandy was very quick to respond and very thorough with her answers. She offered an incentive which was nice, but we wanted the better plan. Unfortunately, she was unable to offer any incentive on the PLUS plan. But otherwise, a really great experience.
