Had a problem connecting to a streaming service using a TP-Link router. Huell was great and quickly got to the root of the problem. Adding some DNS entries and all sorted. Very happy as spent a lot of time researching articles with no luck.

Brandy was very quick to respond and very thorough with her answers. She offered an incentive which was nice, but we wanted the better plan. Unfortunately, she was unable to offer any incentive on the PLUS plan. But otherwise, a really great experience.
