I have been a customer for years using the Nord VPN service. A recent update suddenly caused me to not be able to use the Nord VPN, but still let me use Nord Pass. After trying to troubleshoot it myself, I reached out to Nord on Saturday. I had no expectation of hearing anything until Monday. I received a response requiring more information. Excellent Customer Service
I just got off a chat session with Maeve and holy cow, they were so kind, very understanding and very patient when they ask me to do something to help them with the issue. This kind of experience is making me want to stay with Nord as I am a brand new customer and the service they provide combines an anti-virus like software, deleting all of the trackers and other stuff that will otherwise just take my personal data and use it as they please. Helpful and friendly customer service
The VPN is good enough for what it is. What impressed me was the customer service. The live chat representative I messaged, Aoife, was friendly and extremely helpful with the issue I had with the payment. It was resolved quickly and without issue.
