Estella was great. My problem was fixed right away with the right instructions. Phew. I hate to spend a lot of time trying to solve a problem. I have been a customer for years using the Nord VPN service. A recent update suddenly caused me to not be able to use the Nord VPN, but still let me use Nord Pass. After trying to troubleshoot it myself, I reached out to Nord on Saturday. I had no expectation of hearing anything until Monday. I received a response requiring more information.
