I’ve been a NordVPN subscriber for the last couple of years and I’ve had great experience since. So I’ve just encountered an issue connecting to servers and tried emailing them from the app (to which I didn’t get a reply) but their Twitter response team promptly replied and did excellent job in suggesting what to do. Issue was resolved quickly! Couldn’t be happier to recommend NordVPN to anyone searching for a trustworthy and reliable VPN provider.

Prompt troubleshooting service, quick resolution. Overall good value for the service and meets my needs. I'm very happy :) Ronnie was great! The chatbot, meh, not so much... It was telling me to uninstall/re-install, but chatting w/a live agent led to a much quicker fix, and honestly, after getting home from a long day @ work, trying to figure out a tech-related problem is *the last* thing I want to be doing. And the bot wouldn't accept any responses that weren't Yes or No, so maybe work ...

Hunter did an amazing job with his customer service. Despite me not wanting the service for what I had initially intended (gaming) after trying it out, the customer service was on point and Hunter did a great job in assisting me and attempting to keep me as a customer. Thanks again!
