Jimmy handled my chat and was very helpful with my subscription query. I had to go back on the chat a 2nd time and his colleague passed me on to him. Excellent service, not normally possible on webchat with other companies.

Quick response, the right answers, problem solved!
I needed some guidance to extend my NordVPN subscription while taking advantage of an online promo, and Nina from Customer Service (via the Chat window) was immediately available, understood my problem, provided quick and cheery responses, and most importantly, all of her guidance worked perfectly on the first try. All customer service should be like this. Thanks Nina!
