Arden is a magician!
Arden was able to resolve my problem very quickly without much explanation. He was also quick to respond and very clear with his instructions. He gave me good advise for resolving the problem in the future

Brad was very awesome
Brad was very personable, and addressed the issue quickly. I feel that Brad identified that I was able to follow instructions and treated me as an equal. Together, we were able to troubleshoot and correct a bug that had popped up recently. Brad should absolutely be granted all the promotion he deserves for being such a gosh-darn respectable human.

Larry super tech helped me with my connection and bad vpn version that wouldn't open or connect to anything. showed me the way and was very patient through my search in my computer to locate the apps that needed to be replaced he sent me the latest link of nord vpn and once installed..all is great now couldn't be better served. awsome service i love it thanks Larry

A pickle solve and with a :)
Despite a bit of a pickle, issue got solved fairly fast in a super professional, attentive and kind manner. All the detailed step by step requests were also super helpful! Talking to real life people way better that auto ChatBot
