Immediate response to customer inquiry
I am extremely impressed at the customer service provided by NordVPN. I sent an email after experiencing connection issues and within a short time a solution was provided and it worked. I expected to wait days for an auto response, but instead a human responded and helped me fix my connection issue within hours. A+ customer service, thank you.

The customer service (Dwayne) was fantastic and to the point at communication. I wasn't happy with the price of auto-renewal and he talked me into not getting a refund and staying with Nord, that's a rare occurrence for me. Customer service is an essential face/representation of the company and Dwayne is an asset!

Maya - Excellent Support and Resolution
Maya was the support employee who helped me through a reoccurring payment refund. Maya was great to work with and resolved my issues in a timely and helpful manner. As a review for NordVPN, I wasn't very pleased with their mixed messaging on reoccurring payment process dates. Upon further review, I see the information posted in the FAQ section stating that payments are processed prior to the subscription end date, so there is no gap in coverage. Somehow I paid for my Nordvpn subscription twice and a very nice lady named Penelope helped me correct it and I received several months of free service as it turned out to not be my fault.
