Fast issue resolving by the support…
Had some issues with renewing subscription. It was resolved in a few minutes by support agent Jericho. I was surprised by the speed and quality. Very pleasured.

It started a bit perfunctorily but the…
It started a bit perfunctorily but the mistake was mine because he had little to work with to figure what was going on, but once we got to talking Tyler was amenable and helpful. The problem was eventually squared away and he refused to allow me my final self-deprecating remarks. Actually...should be 4.5 stars because he should have seen from the billing date in my account that something was awry.

Philip was outstanding. He was very resourceful, reponsive and effective. He quickly performed trouble shooting and provided email address for me to send a screenshot picutre. We fix my issue very shortly thereafter. A great experience it was. Thank you Philip and NORD!!
