When I noticed my subscription renewal didn't have the correct end date, based on an offer I availed of a few weeks ago, I reach out to the help chat service. Arden helped me out quickly and efficiently, and was really nice to deal with.

Fast, and helpful support! I changed phones and didn't back up my 2FA like I should have so got locked out of NordPass and NordVPN.
