A Gremlin in my emails using Nord
I had an issue across all my devices, IOS and pc, where I could receive, but not send emails with Nord VPN active. This came out of the blue after using the service for some time. (since 2021) I reached out to support in mid February, and the response was within 24 hours. Information was requested and I sent screenshots of the error messages. Using NordVPN with OLDER software.
I had some issues with starting up my NordVPN since my computer has super old software (older than what their website says they can install) so I was planning on cancelling it. Got the first service rep who tried their best to get it working but couldn't (was kinda getting frustrated and wanted to just cancel). Ended up getting transferred to Timothy and was able to get things sorted out pretty easily. I had about 10-15 minutes of straight questions to him on how to operate the new Nord app ...

Eryc was the person who helped me
Eryc was the person who helped me. He was wonderful. A hacker had gotten on my phone and kicked me out of nordvpn. Eryc worked very hard to help me get your system up and running. I really appreciated his patience and his multiple suggestions so we got it fixed. He is wonderful!!!
