Fast & Easy Billing Correction
I needed to make a change on my account with the plan billing and I thought that it was going to be a hassle. It wasn't. In less than 5 minutes my issue was resolved better than expected (through live chat). Good customer service.

Timothy smashed it, legend!
Timothy listened well, gave great information and solved all of my issues. I was terrified going in to this call due to how overwhelming the process was but Tim made easy work of it and got me up and running, sorted my dedicated IP address out and I'm up and running and ready for work Monday now. Kayla walked me through 2 VPN issues…
Kayla walked me through 2 VPN issues and fixed them for me. One was loading Nord onto my router, the other was an issue with streaming. She was patient and LISTENED! it is so nice to have individual assistance vs a bot.
