i am travelling a lot, so i needed not a good vpn, but the best one. Nordvpn is the best, and their support too. Del and Sabrina of support team know very well their product and how to help you make it work even when it's difficult

Trouble opening Nordvpn on Android 11
My Nordvpn was not opening on an Android 11 device. I chatted with a customer service representative, Zion, who walked me through several different things to try including installing older versions of Nordvpn. Eventually, an older version worked (4.12.11). It took about an hour to resolve but he was extremely patient and helpful. Great customer service experience!

Fantastic customer support
Astred was very patient with me when having connectivity issues. She clearly laid out all the steps to try and resolve the issue, and she managed to help me! Love Nord for your amazing customer service and Astred thank you for all your help

..pricing service are excellent..
I have been using NordVPN for a few years now and haven't bothered looking elsewhere as the pricing service are excellent. It couldn't be easier to install and use. Recently I had one issue on one device and emailed support it was sorted out pretty much immediately.

Resetting password
I was having issues resetting my password because the link that was sent to my email would fail to open. I tried it on all of my devices and wasn't able to get the link to open. I got on the Live Chat feature on Nord VPN's website and Annie was quick to help me troubleshoot the issue and get me logged back in. Big help and couldn't have asked for better service.

Steve was absolutely great
Steve was absolutely great. No problem with understanding and dealt with the issue very quickly. Stayed with me online till it was all sorted. Wonderful experience. Can't recommend Nordvpn highly enough
