Honestly Talia
Honestly Talia, she helped me in ways i could not even fathom were possible. I was not aware that i had purchased the 2 year plan, and after only one year i was ready to cancel. Talia showed me it was still possible to regain access to my lost account, reunite me with my old login, and show me right before my eyes that there was still another year of subscriptions to be subscribed to. Log in issues fixed
So I had an issue logging in. The app kept directing me to google chrome to log in. I'd log in and it'd bring me back to the app. And nothing would change and I'd have to be sent back to chrome. It was an endless process. I reached out to customer support and Brooke walked me through how to fix it and I was good to go in 2 minutes. Big thanks to Brooke

Amazing technical support!! Thanks Belle!
Had some technical difficulties with connecting to servers through the software on windows. Contacted the technical support and Belle was of amazing assistance. Gave me my time since I am not quite experienced with several of the solutions, she was SUPER PATIENT with me figuring out stuff and exceptionally kind. You have an amazing support team and an amazing software. Keep up the great work!

Nord services always reliable…
Nord services have been always reliable and Evan who helped me last with renewing my services as a multiple year previous client was super awesome quick and easy the VPN services alone I would recommend as a career cybersecurity investigator myself over other services including Express VPN as they had problems and leaked info or had given access to my profile when someone posing as me took my account - never had that problem with nord their services have saved me multiple times from direct ...

Team was very helpful. I have no experience with the inner workings of internet and VPN, but these 3 gentlemen were very patient with me and my obvious inexperience in even the simplist of tasks such as screen shots. Rarely do it and it usually does not come out with desired results. But they did help me resolve an issue after I installed NordVPD with a gaming platform.
