I needed to cancel my subscription…
I needed to cancel my subscription because your services could not offer me what I needed at this very moment. An employee (Kimberly) from your messenger assisted me. Got the answers I needed from the people that knew.
Firts the Autobot helped a bit, then transferred me to the first agent Larry who was extremely helpful and we did some tests, etc. then he passed me on to an expert Joffrey who then took me through the second stage of my problems and we sorted that out. And after explaining I was 70 years old they took their time and we went through the process slowly. So I'm already impressed with Nord VPN and have just purchased the Nord pass so I'm very happy with everything and always tell my friends ...

Excellent Support
The first agent went through a few checks but quickly realised that it was more complicated so put me through to a more technical expert who managed to resolve the problem pretty quickly
