Resetting MFA
I locked myself out of my account by getting rid of my old phone that had my authenticator app so I had to go through NordVPN directly. I sent an email first and got the first part of getting my account back. I decided to use the live chat to see if I could get things done faster and it sure was. Great Tech Support
I had such a great experience with Jarvis, a customer service rep for NordVPN. I could not access any website and had to get help using my mobile phone. Jarvis guided me how to resolve the issue using the command line and then helped me reconfigure NordVPN so that I now have access. Well Done Jarvis!
