Outstanding service, quick and accurate.
Outstanding service. I had a problem with a conflict between Norton 360 (antivirus and such) and Nord VPN. The Nord people responded very quickly, even on a weekend. They gave me a solution to the problem and they told me the cause of the conflict. They asked for info about the configurations of my systems and replied with correct solutions. Gold star!

Chat help is exceptional!
I've had Nord VPN for a while, but just had to replace my modem. Since this replacement, the VPN hadn't wanted to work. It kept driving me to the login page, even though I was logged in. After a while on the roundabout, I resorted to the CHAT popup for help. Thankfully, I was sent through to the exemplary 'GREG'. He was simply wonderful. Best Experience with the most helpful Agent
My VPN kept disconnecting and I couldn’t figure out why. So I used the Live Chat feature and got connected to this agent called Brad. He was the most helpful person and spent a good hour troubleshooting the issue and fixing it! If you are having issues with your VPN I would recommend asking for Brad!
