I had an issue whit my smart tv it wasn't connected to the internet when u turned my vpn on and I had to reach out to them true the chat bot I got connected to Garfield he tried to solve this problem whit me we tried a few things but i gave up on it. Garfield wanted to go on trying to help me the best as he could and im very positive about the way he helped me. so that why I leave this good review cause the support was amazing. So once again thanks to Garfield for trying his best.

Wonderful chat experience; I feel valued as a customer
My subscription plan automatically renewed without letting me know beforehand. Because I'm a student, the one-year plan was too expensive for me. Talking to Eugenia on chat has been a pleasure. She was very informative and helpful, and proving the fact that NordVPN cares about their recurring users, she helped me work out a plan that would be convenient for my needs as a student.
