Ruby was great
Ruby was great! I wanted a refund because the vpn seemed to now work on my laptop but she was able to identify the issue very fast and I did not need a refund after all!

Worth every penny!

My latest issue concerning…mDNS functionality
My latest issue concerning functionality of mDNS (Bonjour Service) with NordVPN was solved within minutes !!! Jeffrey helped me fixing the issue, he was very polite and patient !

I had an experience which started out as a NordVPN Billing Issue
I had an experience which started out being extremely stressful - NordVPN fees auto renewing out of control however when I finally managed to speak (web chat) with Mabel and Nathaniel from the support desk at NordVPN I was pleasantly surprised, they both treated me as a valued customer following which they answered all my questions and further to this I continued and extend my NordVPN service ... rather than cancelling as I was about to do. If you need help with Nord VPN, ask for Jeffrey.
I've been unable to access my browsers for 3 days, but could still play online games and stream music. I was searching every possible solution, but nothing I tried would work. I even tried all 7 options the bot recommended to no avail. Until I got in touch with the support staff, and Jeffrey was able to help diagnose and solve my problems within minutes! 10/10 would have Jeffrey solve the rest of my life problems, but fixing my internet was a great start.
