Set up issue in the NordVPN of router

BEST Customer Service
Before I write anything,I want to say I LOVE my Nord vpn. Today was the fifth or sixth time I contacted Customer Service for a recurring problem. I chatted with the wonderful Logan. That whizz kid is so patient, it borders on sainthood :-). He has a cute sense of humour (I promised to send him a chocolate cake for having worked so hard and he seemed happy to wait for it).
