They know what they're doing
It's refreshing to be able to access support that (a) are actually available, as opposed to the "we'll get back to you in 24 hrs or more", and (b) actually know what they're talking about, rather than stick rigidly to a script. I've had to get in touch on a couple of occasions, and on both, they definitely addressed me according to my technical level of understanding, and provided resolutions quickly. Fantastic VPN and excellent support
The IOS, iPad and macOS apps are great to use and the web UI is nice. Thousands of servers to choose from, never once had connection issues. Had one problem with getting on HBO Max but Matthew from support was patient and helped me out.

Can't connect to sites with VPN, fixed!
I installed Nord VPN 10 days ago and have been struggling with it ever since. Sites I could reach without VPN timed out or couldn't connect. Contacted support and chatted with Khai who told me to change a setting and then everything started working. Very happy with Khai. Life saver!
