Great service and customer service
I have been using NordVPN for 3 years and the service has been excellent. The software experience, the connection reliability, the connection speeds, and the customer service are top notch. I've not needed to engage with customer service often but when I've needed to they've been very quick and helpful.

Great customer service!!
Great customer service!!! Some how I did not cancel in time my yearly subscription. VPN Nord nevertheless accepted that I was a day late and reimbursed the money. I highly recommend their customer service. They were very quick to respond and helped me.

NordVPN’s live chat customer service is Great!
NordVPN’s live chat customer service is great. It solved the problems I had with NordVPN. Bruce, the customer service agent, solved the problem of my account expiration date for me. Customer service staff Khai provided a solution to my NAS connection to NordVPN that is easy to disconnect. Thanks a lot for their help!
