Just wow. Their support is just fantastic. We spent 5 HOURS STRAIGHT working on solving my issues. I live in a place with extremely strict access and it was causing all kind of issues. I wasn't even able to install or download the program. They worked with me step by step till we managed to finally download and install the client. Good experience
Good experience. The automatic suscription was activated (since 2 years ago) and charged my credit card automatically, without informing me previously. I was kind upset and wanted to cancel suscription; your agent Bruce attended me nicely and offered me a good offer to remain with your services.

Maya Is Great !!
Maya was very helpful with a very hard task. I had lost my user name and password. I couldn't even remember what email address I used to create the account. Maya was able to find my account and help me with cancelling the recurring payment and even getting me a refund for the last payment that came out. Thank you so much.
