Mac Connection Problem

Incredible customer service
I’ve had several experiences with Nord advisors over the past 24 hours where quite frankly they have had to spoon feed me to do a simple task which is nothing to do with them (my ISP router). Easily the best customer service I’ve experienced. Amelia was the most recent who was a pleasure to speak with.
