They were focused on me
They were focused on me. For example, I didn't have to wait for the representative to reply to my instant messages - I could see they were reading them right away, and replying to them.

I am not technically savvy, that’s why I am so happy for the customer service I have received from NordVpn. I am visiting family in Italy for a couple of weeks, and I am enjoying keeping up with United States shows when I have downtime.
